I’ve led large teams and driven significant growth by focusing not just on results, but on the behaviors that create them. I build onboarding, training, and GTM strategies that work in the real world, because I’ve been in the field and I know what it takes to get buy-in, build trust, and move the needle.

I love simplifying the complex, turning data into insight, and aligning strategy with execution. I’ve launched high-impact initiatives, optimized CRMs, rolled out compensation plans, and created dashboards that actually drive decisions.
