Greenville, South Carolina

I build clarity, capability, and healthy organizations.

I’m Eric Boettner, a nonprofit, operations, advancement, and sales leader with 20+ years of experience building teams and systems that help organizations grow without losing sight of people or purpose.

Today I serve as Vice President of Operations and Advancement at Lily Pad and lead digital strategy for The Baker’s Table with my wife, Kendra. I’m also an advocate for children experiencing foster care, adoption, and other vulnerable circumstances, and proud to call South Carolina home.

Operations Advancement Sales Leadership Organizational Health Digital Strategy

A builder, operator, and leader across business and mission-driven work.

My experience spans nonprofit leadership, operations, advancement, sales, entrepreneurship, and digital strategy. Across each setting, my work has centered on making the important clear, developing people, building practical systems, and turning vision into execution.

My career has taken me through large corporate environments, frontline sales leadership, entrepreneurship and startup building, nonprofit leadership, fundraising, communications, and digital growth.

I believe leadership is stewardship. The goal is not to become indispensable, but to leave people, teams, and organizations more capable than you found them.

My Christian faith shapes how I understand leadership, family, service, and the dignity of every person. I believe conviction should be expressed with humility, consistency, and care for others.

Healthy organizations are intentionally built. Clarity is the integrating force that aligns purpose, people, process, and performance.
My operating lens
Purpose

Clarity
Purpose establishes direction. People carry the mission. Process makes good work repeatable. Performance creates learning. Clarity keeps the whole system aligned.

Stewardship over status. Development over control.

Leadership

Clarity is an act of care.

People should not have to decode what matters, who owns what, or what good looks like.

People

Build capacity beyond yourself.

Strong leadership develops judgment, distributes capability, and reduces unhealthy dependence on one person.

Systems

Systems should serve people and mission.

Structure is useful when it makes good work easier, clearer, more reliable, and more scalable.

Performance

Metrics should create learning, not fear.

Measurement matters when it helps people understand reality, improve behavior, and make better decisions.

Built through scale, complexity, and execution.

A few numbers that reflect the scope of the teams, systems, and operations I’ve helped lead.

20+ years leading enablement, operations, and execution systems
450+ sellers led across 61 retail locations
4,000+ sellers supported through enablement systems across 700+ retail locations
$50M+ multi-state operations directed across go-to-market and labor strategy

Operating where mission, people, growth, and execution meet.
